NOTICE REGARDING THE 3RD RESERVE LIST OF CANDIDATES FOR THE İŞKUR YOUTH PROGRAM

İŞKUR YOUTH PROGRAM 3rd RESERVE CANDIDATE ANNOUNCEMENT

In collaboration with Yıldız Technical University (YTÜ) and the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of İŞKUR, within the scope of the İŞKUR Youth Program, students from our university will be admitted to the program from among the reserve candidates, up to the number of available spots.

There are 90 open spots for the Davutpaşa Campus, and candidates ranked 701st through 790th on the reserve list are required to submit their documents. 

After the application documents are evaluated, participants will be selected from among the candidates who meet the participation requirements, up to the number of available spots. 

The 3rd Reserve List for the Davutpaşa Campus is provided below.

DOCUMENT SUBMISSION DATE AND LOCATION:

Document Submission Dates: Friday, April 24, 2026, and Monday, April 27, 2026

Document Submission Location: İŞKUR Office No. A-1002, Kışla Building, Davutpaşa Campus

*Document submission hours: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

The deadline for document submission is Monday, April 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM. 

REQUIRED APPLICATION DOCUMENTS FOR RESERVE CANDIDATES

  1. Student Declaration Form (provided below)

  2. Copy of Turkish ID Card (Front and Back)

  3. Student Certificate (e-Government)

  4. Criminal Record (E-Government)

  5. Participant’s Social Security Registration Certificate (E-Government)

  6.  Participant’s SGK Registration and Service History (E-Government—must be generated by selecting “Full SGK Service History”—“long-term service history” is not accepted)

  7. Medical Report (A report stating that you have no health issues preventing you from working / can be obtained from your family doctor). / Health Information Declaration

  8. Certificate of Residence History and Other Addresses (E-Government)

  9. Certificate of Persons Residing in the Same Household (E-Government)

  10. Certificate of Population Registration with Events (This document must be submitted if there are individuals under the age of 18 living in the same household—the parent must select “Family” via e-Government, perform a search, and obtain the barcoded document) 

  11. Social Security Registration Certificates for Individuals Living in the Same Household 

  12.  Social Security Registration and Service History for Individuals Living in the Same Household (E-Government—must be generated by selecting “Complete Social Security Service History”; “long-term service history” is not accepted)

  13. Document Showing Total Household Income: Documents showing the income status of all individuals over the age of 18 residing at the same address: (Pay stubs for every employed individual: if a public sector employee, a barcoded pay stub from e-Government; if employed in the private sector, a pay stub for the most recent month that is approved/signed and stamped by the employer; if retired, a retirement pay stub (e-Government); if self-employed: provisional income tax return for the last 3 months) (If any person living in the same household has income such as a survivor’s pension or old-age pension, these incomes will also be added to the household’s total income.)

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

  1. Payments to participants under the program will be made based on the IBAN information listed in the Student Information System (OBS). Participants must verify the bank information in OBS and, if it is blank, fill it out by the end of business hours on Monday, April 27, 2026, at the latest. The IBAN information entered into the Student Information System must belong to the participant. The participant is responsible for any discrepancies between the name and bank information resulting from incorrect entry of the data.

  2.  According to the Address Registration System, the residential address or other address information is not required for those residing in dormitories, shelters, and similar communal living areas, as well as for those whose identity information is concealed under the Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women dated March 8,2012 and No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women, the household income requirement will not apply; therefore, they are not required to submit documents listed in items 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, as the household income requirement does not apply to them. To be exempt from the household income requirement, a document from a dormitory certifying residence there is not accepted; a document showing the history of residence and other addresses must be obtained through e-Government or from the Population Directorates, and and it must clearly indicate that the residence address or other address is a dormitory.

Notes:

  • Due to the filling of quotas in units operating on weekends and weekday evenings, applicants’ class schedules must allow for at least one weekday and 7.5 hours of work per day.

  • Documents obtained through e-Government must be current and generated using the “create barcoded document” option.

  • Students selected as participants must read the “Participant Pledge” and meet the relevant criteria before the program begins. The Participant Pledge is provided below and will be signed during document submission.

  • The lists generated based on the lottery results are not final and will be confirmed only after the necessary review and verification processes are completed.

  • Meeting the household income requirement: As of the application date, individuals residing at the same address according to the Address Registration System, based on the program’s start date, must not exceed three times the net amount of the monthly minimum wage (84,226.50 TL) as determined by the Minimum Wage Determination Commission. For those whose place of residence or other address information, as recorded in the Address Registration System, is listed as dormitories, shelters, or similar communal living areas, as well as for those whose identity information is withheld under the Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women, dated 08/3/2012 and No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women, for whom identity information is kept confidential, are exempt from the household income requirement.

  • 3. Participants on the Reserve Candidate List who are eligible for the program will begin work on Monday, May 4, 2026.

  • Participants found to have provided incorrect or false information in their declarations will be required to repay the wages paid under the İŞKUR Youth Program, along with legal interest. Students who fail to submit their documents within the specified timeframe will forfeit their rights.

NOTE: Documents must be submitted in a single blue, transparent-ring binder, arranged in the order specified in the application document list.
