Our Office was established in accordance with Articles 46 and 47 of the Higher Education Law No. 2547 to protect students’ physical and mental health, meet their nutritional and housing needs, and help them make the most of their free time outside of class.
Within the limits of its budgetary resources, our Office:
- facilitates students’ participation in social, cultural, and athletic activities; coordinates and supports the events organized by student clubs;
- provides career and psychological counseling services to our students,
- Ensures that facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, tennis court, and soccer field are available for sports activities,
- Provides dormitory services to meet students’ housing needs,
- Provides health services to students, staff, their dependents, and retired university personnel through our health units;
- It ensures the operation of transportation and cafeteria services,
- It provides preschool education for the children of administrative and academic staff.
Our Office is located in the Stone Building on the Davutpaşa Campus.
