Doktora Öğrencileri ve Doktora Sonrası Araştırmacılar İçin Yurt Başvuruları Başladı
Doktora öğrencileri ve doktora sonrası araştırmacılar için Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Davutpaşa Kampüsünde bulunan yurtlarımıza başvurular 14 Ekim 2024 tarihinde başlıyor.
Başvurular, 14-20 Ekim 2024 tarihleri arasında aşağıda belirtilen belgelerin doktorayurt@yildiz.edu.tr e-posta adresine gönderilmesi ile yapılmaktadır.
Başvuru için İstenen Belgeler
1. İkamet belgesi (e-devlet) (T.C. vatandaşları için),
2. Adli sicil kaydı (e-devlet) (T.C. vatandaşları için),
3. Yabancı uyruklu öğrenciler için emniyet makamlarından alacakları oturma izni belgesi ile pasaportunun tasdikli fotokopisi,
4. Öğrenci Belgesi (Disiplin cezası durumunu gösteren belge-Öğrenciler için),
5. Yurtta kalma gerekçesini içeren, danışmanından alınacak referans mektubu (doktora öğrencisi ve doktora sonrası araştırmacılar için)
6. Akademik Özgeçmiş
7. Doktora Sonrası Araştırmacı olduğuna dair ispatlayıcı belge (Araştırma-Planlama Rektör Yardımcılığı / Uluslararası Ofis’ten alınacak onaylı belge),
8. Uluslararası iş birliği kapsamında yürütülen faaliyetlerde görev alan öğrenciler için görev aldıkları faaliyete dair Uluslararası Ofis’ten alınacak onaylı belge.
9. Geçiminizi nasıl sağladığınıza dair bilgi/belge mail içeriğinde sunulmalıdır. (Aktif iş, burs, vb.)

Başvuru belgelerinizi .zip/.rar dosyasında sıkıştırarak doktorayurt@yildiz.edu.tr e-posta adresine gönderiniz.

NOT: Başvuru belgelerinde hata eksik olmayan öğrenci ve araştırmacılarımız 72 saat içinde “başvurunuz tarafımıza ulaşmıştır” geri bildirimi alacaklardır. Geri bildirim almayan başvuru sahiplerinin belgelerini tekrar gözden geçirip göndermeleri gerekmektedir.
Dormitory Applications for Ph.D. Students and Post-doctoral Researchers Start
The applications for the dormitories located on Yildiz Technical University Davutpaşa Campus for the Ph.D. Students and Post-doctoral Researchers start on Oct 14th, 2024.
The applicants must send the required documents listed below to the following e-mail address between Oct 14th- 20th, 2024: doktorayurt@yildiz.edu.tr
Required Documents for Application
1. Document of the address of residence (e-Government) (For Turkish citizens),
2. Criminal record check (e-Government) (For Turkish citizens),
3. Approved copies of residence permit and passport from the police (For international students),
4. Certificate of enrollment (A document stating the status of disciplinary record-For students),
5. A letter of recommendation from the supervisor including a justification to stay at the dormitory (For Ph.D. students and post-doctoral researchers),
6. Academic resume,
7. An officially-approved document showing that the applicant is a post-doctoral researcher (To be obtained at the Vice-Rector’s Office / International Relations Office),
8. An officially-approved document showing that the applicant is a Ph.D. student working as part of international cooperation to be obtained at International Relations Office.
9. Information/documentation regarding how you earn your living must be submitted in the email. (Active job, scholarship, etc.)

You must send the required documents in a compressed folder (*.zip/*.rar) as an e-mail attachment to the following e-mail address: doktorayurt@yildiz.edu.tr
Application Deadlines
Applications Start : 14th Oct 2024 Wednesday
Applications End : 20th Oct 2024 Sonday (Hour: 23.59)
NOTE: The students and researchers who have sent their applications without any missing documents and with the right documents will receive a confirmation e-mail that “their application has been received” within 72 hours after they sent their application. The applications who fail to receive that confirmation must review their documents and send an application e-mail again with the right and complete required documents.
